I just picked up a set of F bass exposed core strings for my streamer. I'm really liking them. They feel great and have a really nice tone.

Anyone else had experience with this type of string?

Yep, I Dean Marlkey's on my ZON because it has a non-adjustable neck and it makes it easier to adjust the string spacing.
They don't noticeably sound different, because i have no reference to normal Dean Markley's. But they are quite nice strings.

Can't find a 4 string set anywhere here though, so no cigar.

    I've used them.

Amazingly, on an actual Fbass BN they leave much to be desired. They mess with the string intonation especially higher up the frets. But who knows may they would fit better on a Warwick. The key is the length of the exposed core...if its too far past the saddle you end up getting wobbly overtones and chorusing...just weird annoying sonic effects.
