It looks really nice! Contemplating getting a fretless version of this.

ahh yes so i went down and played it. Sounded great, strings were dead and it needed a setup but all in all it had a killer stingray sound when rolled back to the back pickup.

the fit and finish was pretty good, the control knobs weren't on straight, setup was trash and the strings were the el cheapo warwick ones. going to take my time paying it off as im saving for a new gun but all i'll need to do is change the tuners and pop on some DR strings and she'll be great. The wenge fretboard looked fantastic too.

they did however have a Jack Bruce bass that i liked VERY much.

That ain’t no Jack Bruce bass, it’s got them little speed bumps! Not a true one anyway...

I thought the hardware was same as the team built? Same tuners at least? So glad they switched to wenge boards too. CITES is (indirectly) good for something.

Where’s your New Gun Day post???

the bridge seemed nice. but the tuners felt a little bit shoddy....

new gun post will come if i get it passed....going for a semi auto due to hand injuries and i can get medical sign off. Otherwise ill get a nice under and over and go pop bunnies on the weekend for fun :)

body was flat but beveled so it didnt feel like a slab
thickness felt the same as a real Infinity or streamer. nothing unusual about it
neck is like the newer basses, slim, but not ibanez slim. Frets were VERY nice too.

one think i did notice is the due to the bodies shape it *feels* way sportier than your standard corvette. Very easy to hold and play.

How can you cull rabbits with that? I’ve never seen him shoot but an acquaintance of mine is meant to be a crack shot with a pistol, better than most with a rifle apparently.

Already got my shotgun for rabbits and vermin. Going to get into Pistols now and see what that is like.

...although, a second shotgun isnt off to table just yet :)
