I'm sure this will just get buried and no one will see it but I wanted to post some pictures of my bands session at the amazing Parr Street Studios in Liverpool with the legendary Tony Platt
For those interested out of the selection of amps in the picture above, we...
I'm known by my friends for being a little "trendy" (I'm 19 and at uni so the people judging me tend to know what they're talking about (trying not to sound vain)) and taking care in fashion, I like indie music (as well as jazz, funk, soul, hip hop, pop, drum and bass, dance, electro, old style...
I wud care if my bass was made by 10 year olds for 2p a day! I think that kind of production is unacceptable, and would stop using warwick products if it were the case. However at the moment I believe that certainly the basses are made in germany and I have no reason to believe that child labor...

what about good old earl from UB40 he looks cool, all the metal players look like they're trying too hard to be hardcore. At least jazz players just look like theyre enjoying themselfss.
What bout Earl from UB40, just to add yet another genre to the list. Also some of the poses that these metal players pull in adds are hilarious, the POD guy looks like a dog refuseing to do as he's told. "I'm Hardcore".

I think we all have a different perspective on the word groove, so im gunna use the word feeling, the most important thing to me, is feeling, if the player has his heart in his instrument then it will souund and feel good, even with out rhythm, or tune.
