No, it’s not!

And I‘ve seen them all already! ;) (no, just a pic of a huge tree trunk, hehe!)

Ladies and gentlemen, please please your bits!

I don't think I even care anymore..... The ltd concept has been made redundant by their custom shop.

They would be better off doing Ltd T shirts.

I would like to see really unique basses. This can only be achieved with rare body shapes like the Infinette or something like Nacho mentioned. Just different pickups and a rarewood top isn’t enough anymore imo.

In my opinion, the Ltd editions should be used to be bring CS-like basses out at price point that ordinary bass players can afford and appreciate.

I hope for a Thumb (again!), but with more awesomeness and less tackiness.

Yeees! JD Thumb, Shorthorn reissue.... Fretless! Just some nice "standard" Bubinga, 7 piece Wenge/Bubinga neck, black as night ebony board (no tigerstripe)...and of course, bring back the scalloped headstock.

Oh yes.

Now that would be amaaaaazing :)

Mahogany Burl is the wood type and photos are popping up on IG of the fretboard and zoomed in shots. Hoping for a streamer or thumb without the tackiness along with non-gold hardware. :p

Thanks for the heads up @Sippi I didn't think to look on their IG. That neck screams Streamer to me. Though it's fairly similar to the '17 Thumb ltd and '18 Streamer ltd neck stringers... except for both of those had a thicker center stringer. Hmmm. It's actually quite close to the 1987 5th Anniversary stringers...but that was a 9 piece. Haha

Nerd time!

Some pics...

Something tells me with that Mahogany Burl...it's gonna be gold hardware.

Judging from the body contour at the neck I'd say Streamer as well. These shapes have changed over time though. An Infy would be great, too.

Why not introducing new inlays?
