We're getting close to knowing what the LTD will be. We sometimes find out in the days just before winter NAMM. Soon hopefully :)

No new amps for 2018, I am still digging for basses :)

New price lists are online. No new models, but the Idolmaker will be available as Rockbass, also the Lee Sklar Bass will be available as Pro Series.

Hmm, kind of disappointing, but I guess the models they have sell well enough as is, so they don't see the need for introducing anything new...

They introduced a completely new model last year. We can’t hope for a new body shape each year. One thing I miss: a flying V bass!

...should I ask them to build me a Flying V? Too bad there is already the Warwick Fortress, this would be the Flying Fortress! So the V bass still could be the Warwick Vendetta!

Back with an info (that was quick!) ;): A flying V would maybe infringe copyrights. Also Marcus Spangler is not sure about the ergonomics. At last a "one of a kind" would cost more than my BuzzTard. This does not sound like a plan.

Flying V shape is a balance nightmare.

Headless would be inevitable for a Flying V bass.

Now how would it look like? Headless and a longer upper tail to get some better balance. They already made the Nobby bass, it should be possible!

Or just have a look at the Buzzard. No pistol grip, a different shape of the two fins, this would mean the same ergonomics. Even the beak head could stay.
