I finally got the custom shop I have been planning forever. Dolphin/streamer bass = Dreamer bass! I appologize for the pictures. I am not a photographer and since we are on tour I didn't have too many options.

Specs:
bodywood - Ovangkol w/ 1" Birdseye Poplar top
Neck/fingerboard - Wenge
Electronics - MEC Gold J/TJ w/ MEC 2-band EQ
Color - French Violet (it actually came out pink and the more I think about it the happier I am that it's pink)

I cannot begin to tell you guys how happy I am with this bass! I wanted to build a streamer that (when EQed properly) resembles a Thumb but with a slightly more rounded mid range and the ability to get a more classic tone if need be... it does that perfectly! I can't record any sounds clips until we get back from tour in 2 weeks but I'll definitely get something down as soon as I can.

And the porn...

Cool - do the new cases stink like the old or is this fixed now?:)

Wow, Adrian...extremely nice! Congratulations!! If you've had other Warwick flight cases...any thoughts on the new flight case design?

The new flight cases are greatly improved! They are more heavy duty with larger edges and corners, aluminum siding, and plush interior.

Awesome idea! Surprised Warwick hadn't put a similar design into production before really - it just makes so much sense!

Oh my what a cleverly disguised Dolphin! ;)
Slap tone be growly?

Looks like one excellent bass you got there Adrian.
Congrats on your well educated choices!

J/TJ, very good pickup selection. And nice colour.
Overall, it looks (and I believe sounds) very expensive and still not payed as Dolphin or SSI.

As DiMarco said, cleverly disguised Dolphin + congratulations on great electronics/wood/colour combination and making it less expensive.

Maby the best reasonably priced CS bass I have seen on this Forum.

WOW! Look at than wenge neck...

Beautiful axe, man. Congrats.

So, it is bassically a Streamer LX with J/TJ pup config in Dolphin position, Vol/Bal/Highs-Lows electronics (like the Infinity SN)? Me likes.

Congrats. Every inch is beautiful, but I especially like the top and the color.
