While the Dolphin Pro 1 has a wider nut on the 4-string, I can't imagine Warwick making a special neck blank for the SN. I think the SNs all had the same exact neck blank, dropped into the same pocket on a different body shape. Heck, even the electronics are identical, in the identical spots.

However, this is just what I think makes sense, I have no evidence.

Dunno if this has been put to bed but I can confirm the Lolphin SN TCS BBQ BYOB RSVP ect. etc. has a standard nut width. Same as pretty much all the other wicks, NOT the same as the Pro 1 and Buzzard which are wider nuts.

It's good hearing from him even with this bass. Does he still lives in Santo Domingo? I visited Dominican Republic last year, but couldn't rech him :)

I think so. I am based in the UK and he sent it from Santo Domingo. I can provide you with contact details if you would like?

How about the neck profile? Any difference between your 2000s and the 2012?
My '03 SN is a "Baseball bat". :(

The black is the 2012er. On the pic it looks like this neck is slimmer. It isn´t. The 2000er has a flat D-shaped neck, the 2012er has more a C-shape (can´t show this clearly visible on a pic). The difference you can feel only in the area of the first three frets. The other parts of the necks are similar.

Interesting: see the different position of the volute?

The Pro 1 5er had the same width neck, nut and bridge unless it is a broad neck version. I think?
Also broadneck usually have soapbar pickups not the j/tj layout
